THE QUEST FOR OFFENSE

The whole damn world’s offended At something someone said; Or at something they didn’t say, Or something else instead. They gasp and faint, they cry in pain, They clutch their wounded breast At what was said in innocence, In ignorance, or jest. They search for sin with skin so thin, ""All hail their tear-filled cup!"" Their grief could cease, we’d all have peace If they’d just LIGHTEN UP!
